Terry and Cindy Hipple of Rushmore Inspection Services moved to Rapid City from Pierre, SD after purchasing a vintage "fixer upper" in Dark Canyon just outside of Rapid. Prior to moving to Rapid, we were both Realtors in Pierre. Cindy started selling homes in 1987 and Terry became a Realtor in 2001. With thousands of homes shown and visited over the past years, Terry and Cindy bring a wealth of knowledge about homes, building construction and what to look for to protect you in your real estate purchase. We also understand the time constraints you and your Realtor are faced with in getting the property inspected in a timely fashion.

Terry and Cindy are lifelong residents of South Dakota. Raised with strong Midwest values like honesty, competence and sincerity, we apply all these when we are working for you to inspect your home or soon to be new home. We have 4 grown sons and are just starting to enjoy being grandparents as our sons marry and start families of their own.

Living in the Black Hills just outside of Rapid City, we swell with pride every time we see or hear the jets flying overhead from Ellsworth AFB. Two of our sons served our country with one deployed to Afghanistan as a Marine and the other deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in the Army National Guard. Many tense moments and more than a few grey hairs later, we are happy to have them both home safe and pray for all our military members and their families currently serving the USA.
